Sable Farms founded by the English government to teach cultivation and separate it in Malawi. And turned into a private enterprise at 1990. Still running a branch of “Global Tea & Commodities Ltd.”

They are working hard on Watering, drying, filtration, re-using, fertilization and power productivity so they are keeping their footprint as low as possible.

This coffee comes from Ngapani and Chipale estates of Sable Farms. Growing altitude between 900-1200masl. Sable Farms owns RFA (Rain Forest Alliance) certificate.  Sable provides work for over 1800 people (This indirectly affects over 10000 people.)

Estates owns 622 hectare land in total and they are growing Catimor, Caturra and SL28 varieties.

After full wash process coffee drys on Africa raised beds.
