Project: Yemen

Yemeni Coffee has a very special place in my palette. After I went into specialty coffee business I tried a Yemeni Coffee from Haraaz and it was out of this world… The taste notes  I never encounter with. Amazing wine acidity, complexity. Everything you look for into a perfect cup of coffee.

Yemen is the first agricultural lands for coffee. (You can trace 90 percent of coffee variety to Yemen.) And our ancestors (Ottoman Empire) played a big role to spread the Coffee to the World. So we’re taking over the mission from our ancestors and re-introduce Yemeni coffee to the World.
